Introduction
| With the global trend of lead-free development, SHENMAO established SHENMAO MICRO MATERIAL INSTITUTE in Taiwan. We employed worldwide professional technicians to join our team. Since then, SHENMAO has cooperated with Industrial Technology Research Institute (Taiwan), Electronics Assembly and IC-packaging manufacturer.
SHENMAO Institute is unique in the research and development field of solder materials in Taiwan. There are around 30 applications engineers whose mission is to provide technical assistance to our customers. Such as: -- Metal alloy development -- To assist in the selection of solder alloy best suited for their process -- Failure analysis -- New process development assistance We also have technical support engineers who have years of experience in the SMT field. Their mission is to optimize the performance of the manufacturing process, to reduce manufacturing costs, to improve output effectiveness and to ensure high quality of customer products in the market. |
