| With the global trend of lead-free development, SHENMAO established SHENMAO MICRO MATERIAL INSTITUTE in Taiwan. And also we employed worldwide professional technical persons to join our team. Since then, SHENMAO has cooperated more with Industrial Technology Research Institute (Taiwan), Electronics Assembly and IC-packaging manufacturer.
SHENMAO Institute is unique in research and development of solder material field in Taiwan. There are about 30 applications engineers whose mission is to provide sufficient technical assistance to our customers. Such as: -- Metal alloy development. -- To assist in the selection of solder alloy best suited for their process. -- Failure analysis -- New process development assistance. And also we have technical support engineers who have years of experience in the SMT field. Their mission is to optimize the performance of the manufacturing process, to reduce manufacturing costs, to improve output effectiveness and to ensure high quality of customer products in the market |
